Before you pay

   Check your card

   Your bank must allow online payments in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) and offer 3-D Secure, the one-time SMS code that confirms each payment.

   Some banks are not compatible with the CMI gateway. If the payment keeps failing, try another card or contact support ([email protected]).

   During payment

   Read the SMS code on the bank's secure page without leaving it. On iPhone, tap the code suggested above the keyboard if one appears.

   Enter it promptly, as it expires. Do not use Back or reload the page.

   If it fails on iPhone or Mac with Safari, try again with another browser (Chrome, for example).

   After payment

   Your balance is credited once your bank has confirmed the payment, which can take a few minutes. Please wait and check your email before paying again.
